1. Terms of Service

Welcome to Ayba. By creating an account and using our mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our app.

• User Generated Content (UGC): You are solely responsible for the content you post, including text, photos, and videos. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to display and distribute it within the app.
• Objectionable Content: You agree not to post any content that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise violates any laws. This includes hate speech, nudity, graphic violence, and harassment.
• Moderation & Enforcement: We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content. We reserve the right to review, flag, and remove any content that violates our policies. Users found violating these terms may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated.
• Reporting & Blocking: Users can flag objectionable content and block other users directly within the app. Our moderation team will review reported content within 24 hours.

2. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

• Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address, username, and optionally, a profile picture and bio.
• Content: We collect the posts, comments, likes, and messages you create or interact with on the platform.
• Usage Data: We may collect anonymized data on how you interact with the app to improve our services and fix bugs (e.g., via Firebase Crashlytics).

How We Use Your Information

We use your data strictly to provide and improve the Ayba app experience. We do not sell your personal data to third-party data brokers.

Advertising & Third-Party Services (Google AdMob)

We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements within the Ayba mobile application. In order to serve relevant, personalized or non-personalized ads, prevent fraud, and measure ad performance, third-party vendors including Google may collect and process certain device information, including:

• Advertising Identifier: Google Advertising ID (GAID) or unique device identifier.
• Technical and Usage Data: IP address, device model, operating system, network connection, and ad interaction/diagnostic metrics.
• Cookies & Device Storage: Third-party advertising SDKs may use device storage or identifiers to serve and personalize ads.

Ad Personalization & Opt-Out: Users have full control over personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising or reset your advertising ID at any time via your device settings (e.g., Android Settings > Google > Ads > Delete or Reset advertising ID). Data Safety & Account Deletion

You have full control over your data. If you wish to leave the platform, you can request permanent account deletion directly from the App's "Account Settings" menu. Once requested, your profile, posts, comments, and all associated personal data will be removed from our active databases.

১. ব্যবহারের শর্তাবলী (Terms of Service)

Ayba-তে আপনাকে স্বাগতম। একটি অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করে এবং আমাদের মোবাইল অ্যাপ্লিকেশন ব্যবহার করে, আপনি নিম্নলিখিত শর্তাবলী মেনে চলতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। আপনি যদি এই শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত না হন, তবে অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের অ্যাপটি ব্যবহার করবেন না।

• ব্যবহারকারীর তৈরি কন্টেন্ট (UGC): আপনি যে টেক্সট, ছবি এবং ভিডিও পোস্ট করবেন, তার জন্য সম্পূর্ণভাবে আপনি নিজেই দায়ী। আপনি আপনার কন্টেন্টের মালিকানা বজায় রাখবেন, তবে অ্যাপের ভেতরে তা প্রদর্শন এবং বিতরণ করার জন্য আপনি আমাদের লাইসেন্স প্রদান করছেন।
• আপত্তিকর কন্টেন্ট: আপনি এমন কোনো কন্টেন্ট পোস্ট না করতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন যা গালিগালাজপূর্ণ, হুমকিস্বরূপ, অশ্লীল, মানহানিকর, বৈষম্যমূলক বা কোনো আইন লঙ্ঘন করে। এর মধ্যে ঘৃণামূলক বক্তব্য (Hate speech), নগ্নতা, গ্রাফিক সহিংসতা এবং হয়রানি অন্তর্ভুক্ত।
• নজরদারি ও প্রয়োগ (Moderation & Enforcement): আপত্তিকর কন্টেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের "জিরো-টলারেন্স" নীতি রয়েছে। আমাদের নীতি লঙ্ঘন করে এমন যেকোনো কন্টেন্ট পর্যালোচনা, ফ্ল্যাগ এবং মুছে ফেলার অধিকার আমরা সংরক্ষণ করি। এই শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘনকারী ব্যবহারকারীদের অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত বা স্থায়ীভাবে বন্ধ করে দেওয়া হতে পারে।
• রিপোর্টিং এবং ব্লকিং: ব্যবহারকারীরা অ্যাপের ভেতর থেকেই আপত্তিকর কন্টেন্ট ফ্ল্যাগ করতে এবং অন্য ব্যবহারকারীদের ব্লক করতে পারবেন। আমাদের মডারেশন টিম ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে রিপোর্ট করা কন্টেন্ট পর্যালোচনা করবে।

২. গোপনীয়তা নীতি (Privacy Policy)

আপনার গোপনীয়তা আমাদের কাছে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। আমরা কীভাবে আপনার তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি, ব্যবহার করি এবং সুরক্ষিত রাখি, তা এই নীতিমালায় উল্লেখ করা হলো।

আমরা যেসব তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি

• অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্য: সাইন আপ করার সময় আমরা আপনার ইমেইল ঠিকানা, ইউজারনেম এবং (ঐচ্ছিকভাবে) প্রোফাইল পিকচার ও বায়ো সংগ্রহ করি।
• কন্টেন্ট: প্ল্যাটফর্মে আপনার তৈরি করা বা ইন্টারঅ্যাক্ট করা পোস্ট, কমেন্ট, লাইক এবং মেসেজ আমরা সংগ্রহ করি।
• ব্যবহারের ডেটা: আমাদের পরিষেবাগুলো উন্নত করতে এবং বাগ ফিক্স করতে আমরা অ্যাপ ব্যবহারের অ্যানোনিমাইজড (নামবিহীন) ডেটা সংগ্রহ করতে পারি (যেমন: Firebase Crashlytics-এর মাধ্যমে)।

আমরা কীভাবে আপনার তথ্য ব্যবহার করি

আমরা আপনার ডেটা শুধুমাত্র Ayba অ্যাপের অভিজ্ঞতা প্রদান এবং উন্নত করার জন্য ব্যবহার করি। আমরা থার্ড-পার্টি ডেটা ব্রোকারদের কাছে আপনার ব্যক্তিগত ডেটা বিক্রি করি না।

বিজ্ঞাপন ও থার্ড-পার্টি সেবা (Google AdMob)

Ayba মোবাইল অ্যাপ্লিকেশনে বিজ্ঞাপন প্রদর্শনের জন্য আমরা Google AdMob সেবা ব্যবহার করি। বিজ্ঞাপন প্রদর্শন, প্রাসঙ্গিক বিজ্ঞাপন প্রদান এবং বিজ্ঞাপনের কার্যকারিতা পরিমাপের জন্য গুগল সহ থার্ড-পার্টি ভেন্ডররা নির্দিষ্ট কিছু ডিভাইসের তথ্য সংগ্রহ ও প্রক্রিয়া করতে পারে, যেমন:

• Advertising Identifier: Google Advertising ID (GAID) বা ডিভাইসের অনন্য আইডেন্টিফায়ার।
• ডিভাইস ও ব্যবহারের ডেটা: আইপি অ্যাড্রেস, ডিভাইসের মডেল, অপারেটিং সিস্টেম ও বিজ্ঞাপন ইন্টারঅ্যাকশন সংক্রান্ত ডেটা।

ডেটা সুরক্ষা এবং অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলা (Account Deletion)

আপনার ডেটার ওপর আপনার পূর্ণ নিয়ন্ত্রণ রয়েছে। আপনি যদি প্ল্যাটফর্ম ছেড়ে যেতে চান, তবে আপনি অ্যাপের "Account Settings" মেনু থেকে সরাসরি স্থায়ীভাবে অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ করতে পারেন। অনুরোধ করার পর, আপনার প্রোফাইল, পোস্ট, কমেন্ট এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট সমস্ত ব্যক্তিগত ডেটা আমাদের অ্যাক্টিভ ডেটাবেস থেকে মুছে ফেলা হবে।
